Living on a budget and eating healthy is possible! Ask me how!

 Organic lemon garlic dressing with mustard whole grain and chardonnay. 

 Local native grain toast with one sunny side up egg. A side of organic spring mix with lemon garlic dressing; topped with chopped tomatoes, sliced red onion, sunflower and cress sprouts.

 Chicken jalapeno spaghetti with organic tomatoes, yellow zucchini, red onions, and chopped basil. Tried something new....mixed some lentil sprouts into the cucumber pasta. The tomatoes we canned over the summer from Colusa came in handy!!!

 Grilled eggplant topped with fresh chopped red peppers and green onions. Drizzled with Asian sauce. It pairs really well with sweet peanut sauce! 

 Asparagus dish 

 Purple kale from the Farmer's Market. Kale chips drizzle with white chocolate/ toasted hazelnuts and you're GOLDEN! :) 

 Capay 

 In the process of making Organic heirloom tomato basil soup

 Blood oranges and ruby grapefruit ready to juice! 

 Tomato stuffed with organic ground chicken, sweet peppers, onions, kale mix, and herbs. Topped with italian cheese and home made cilantro garlic dressing.

 Way better than sugar! Try it with local raw honey to fight the nasty allergy season! Great detox drink as well!
